Country music star Neal McCoy will headline Gov. Kay Ivey’s Gulf Coast Inaugural Celebration on January 12.
As part of the 2019 swearing-in festivities, the Ivey Inaugural Committee is planning a special celebration and concert at the newly-opened Lodge at Gulf State Park. The event is from 6:00 – 9:00 p.m. and tickets are available at www.iveyinaugural.com.
According to a release from the Committee, a donation of four children’s books toward the Alabama Literacy Alliance can be used for admission in lieu of a ticket.
Neal McCoy is a platinum recording artist and a two-time “Entertainer of the Year,” country music’s highest honor. His Number One Hits “No Doubt About It,” “You Gotta Love That,” “They’re Playing Our Song,” “For a Change,” and “Wink.”
